Even with this resistance and tough finish, it is easily unlocked and removed using an ammoniated stripper like SB 2846.

SB 2850 Floor Seal is an extremely durable coating that can be safely used on any indoor floor surface not normally harmed by water. It produces a medium gloss, colorless film that resists scuffing and retains gloss under scrubbing. This product is designed for marble, terrazzo, quarry tile, ceramic tile, granite, slate, terra cotta and concrete. SB 2851 can be buffed to a high gloss and is strippable with an alkaline stripper like SB 2846.
