2700 Concrete Cleaner
2700 Concrete cleaner is a highly effective non-acidic cleaner for horizontal concrete and masonry surfaces. 2700 can be successful in the removal of light to moderate atmospheric soiling and certain other surface deposits. This product is often used on sidewalks, drive-through areas and parking lots where a non-hazardous labeled cleaning product is an asset. Preparation
Provide protection for foliage and pedestrian traffic. Test all non-masonry surfaces for any possible adverse reactions. Protect all surrounding areas from possible damage, which might occur from spillage or drift during usage.
All projects should start with a test application to determine the suitability of the cleaner and the required dilution ratio. Test areas of at least 10 square feet are recommended and should involve the most severely contaminated location. Allow the test area to dry prior to determining the acceptability of the cleaner and cleaning method. Application
2700 Concrete Cleaner is most effective when applied by low-pressure spray. Brush application and agitation may prove helpful on some surfaces. Dwell times may vary from five to thirty minutes. Removal of the cleaner and contaminant can be accomplished most successfully with a pressure washer. A thorough rinsing is required to avoid a potential slipping hazard when the surface becomes wet from rain or other means. 2700 dilution ratios are from 0 to 20 parts water depending upon conditions. Stubborn deposits may require spot treatment with either concentrated 2700 or another ShoreBest product.
Limitations
2700 Concrete Cleaner is for use by professional contractors only. Projects should not be undertaken when temperatures are below 50 degrees F. Do not allow the cleaner to dry on the surface. Misting of drying cleaner is permissible to avoid possible reapplication. Do not use on polished masonry.
