SB 2355 X-PUNGE Oil Remover is a unique product designed to remove oils, greases, and other vehicle fluids and contaminants from all types of pavement and masonry surfaces. It is also very effective in removing oily stains and marks from natural stone and manmade flooring. This revolutionary product is formulated without petroleum solvents, acids, caustics or phosphates yet it cleans quicker and more effectively than other, more hazardous products. SB 2355 forces contaminants to the surface for easy removal. SB 2355 has successfully removed silicone tire dressing oils from pavements at carwash and detailing facilities.SB 2355 can also be used on granite countertops.

Dilution: For spot cleaning/removal and deep extraction of oil stains, use X-PUNGE undiluted. For general cleaning of pavements, can dilute 8 to 16 ounces per gallon of water.
Coverage: Dependent upon substrate and other conditions
Spray or mop undiluted SB 2355 on the affected areas. Make sure that spray equipment has chemical resistant fittings and hoses. Dwell times of 30 to 60 minutes may be required for the best cleaning effect. Longer dwell times of up to several days will not damage concrete and may be required for deep stains. Surface may appear wet for several hours or even days. An oily film may appear on the surface indicating that the oil is being released. Removal with pressure rinsing equipment will give the best results. The use of a hot water pressure rinsing machine may be beneficial in some situations. If pressure rinsing equipment is not available, scrub with water and a stiff broom prior to rinsing with a garden hose. When reapplication is required, wait until the surface had dried before applying the second treatment.
Do not use in the close proximity of pedestrians or vehicles. Protect all non masonry and painted surfaces from contact with the cleaner. SB 2355 X-PUNGE is not a highly aggressive cleaner but unknown adverse reactions with surfaces other than concrete, masonry and other pavements may occur. Pretest product on inconspicuous section before using on asphalt paving.
