Preparation
Provide protection for foliage, vehicle and pedestrian traffic. Test all surfaces that might be exposed to the cleaner for possible adverse reactions. Protect all surfaces and sur- rounding areas from possible damage which might occur from spillage or spray during usage.All projects should start with a test application to determine the suitability of the cleaner, acceptable application method and possible dilution ratio and dwell time. Always soak the surface to be cleaned with water prior to the application of the stain remover. Test areas involving the worst condition should be done prior to the start of general cleaning. The test area should be left to dry for at least 24 hours to allow for possible negative reactions to occur that might require the alteration of the cleaning method. Soaking the surface prior to application of the product is designed to reduce the penetration of the cleaner where it is not wanted and to keep it on the surface where it is needed.
Dilution and Coverage
Dilution: Product used undiluted in most applications,but is sometimes diluted for blending appearance with adjacent areas.
Coverage: Dependent upon substrate and other conditions.
Application

Spray application at pressures greater than 40 psi should be avoided. After the predetermined dwell time has passed, rinse the surface with a quick low pressure rinse. This is necessary to remove excess cleaner and stop the reaction. This also allows excess cleaner to safely run down the surface. Follow with a thorough high pressure rinse.SB 2300 Rust/Manganese Stain Remover is for use by professional contractors only. Do not use this product on any polished masonry surface. This cleaner contains ingredients that might remove color from colored mortars. Do not water blast the surface as a means of removal. Care must be taken to not drive additional water into the wall system that may cause the return of the stain to the surface. A thorough rinsing is required.

Shore Corporation shall not be responsible for any direct or consequential damages sustained as a result of the use of this product. Further, Shore Corporation shall not be liable for personal injuries, property damage or any other damages as a result of the use of this product, the sole responsibility of Shore Corporation under the within WARRANTY being the replacement of any nonconforming product. Acceptance and use of this product absolves Shore Corporation from any other such liability whatsoever and from whatever source. The within WARRANTY may not be modified or extended by Shore Corporation representatives or distributors, neither of which are empowered to make any product representation inconsistent with the terms hereof.
