Products for concrete and masonry

SB2350 Oil Stain Remover

SB 2350 Oil Stain Remover is a multi-use product for the fast and efficient removal of surface oil and many other contaminants from concrete and other masonry. In addition to oil stains, SB 2350 can be used successfully to remove acrylic curing compounds, tire marks, chewing gum, asphalt seal coat from concrete and some types of graffiti. SB 2350 can be used in conjunction with SB 2320 Poultice to produce a deep cleaning compound for removal of magic marker graffiti and certain oil stains the are deeply penetrated into the concrete or masonry that may resist acceptable removal by a paint stripper or liquid cleaner like the SB 2350.SB 2350 meets Federal standards for VOC

Prior to application of SB 2350, scrape off any heavy deposits of oil or grease and remove any loose dirt. Protect all non masonry surfaces from contact with the cleaner. This product will likely damage painted surfaces and asphalt.

Dilution and Coverage

Dilution: Product used undiluted in most cases — test application recommended

Coverage: Dependent upon substrate and other conditions

Spray or mop undiluted SB 2350 on the affected areas. Make sure that spray equipment has solvent resistant fittings and hoses. Dwell times of up to 30 minutes may be required for the best cleaning effect. Removal with pressure rinsing equipment will give the best results. The use of a hot water pressure rinsing machine may be beneficial in some situations. If pressure rinsing equipment is not available, scrub with water and a stiff broom prior to rinsing with a garden hose. When reapplication is required, wait until the surface had dried before applying the second treatment.

Do not use in the close proximity of pedestrians, vehicles, open flames or near sparks. SB 2350 Oil Stain Remover is not a highly aggressive cleaner but unknown adverse reactions with sur- faces other than concrete may occur. Do not use for the removal of oil stains from asphalt surfaces. When using SB 2350 in the proximity of asphalt paving or asphalt shingles, keep the asphaltic surface wet during removal from the non asphalt masonry. SB 2350 may be used on surfaces other than concrete only after adequate testing has been done. For outdoor use ONLY.
