Preparation
Provide protection for pedestrians, vehicles, roofing and foliage. Test all other non-masonry surfaces for negative reactions and provide protection where required. Remove all loose materials from the surface prior to application. Protect all surrounding areas from possible damage due to spillage or dripping during application and removal.

Test areas of at least 10 square feet in area are recommended and should involve the thickest coatings. When possible, the test area should be left to age for 10 or more days to check for possible adverse reactions. Some plural component paints cannot be removed by SB 2250.
Dilution and Coverage
Dilution: Usually not diluted — test application recommended
Coverage: 50 to 100 square feet per gallon — dependent upon surface and layers of paint to be removed
Application
Apply SB2250 ECO Strip undiluted with nylon brushes or chemical-resistant rollers. Allow the remover to work for at least 15 minutes. If there is a heavy buildup of coating to be removed, agitation with a brush to work the stripper into the coating is often beneficial. Depending on the type of coating, the number of coats, and the ambient temperature, dwell times of several hours may be necessary. Do not let surface dry. Remove bulk of loosened paint with mechanical scraper if conditions permit. Use high pressure water to remove remaining paint and stripper from masonry. Repeat as necessary for complete removal of coating. If the stripper dries before it can be removed, reapplication will be required to soften the dried material. After the paint has been removed, all surfaces must be neutralized with the appropriate ShoreBest acid product like SB 2130 Limestone Neutralizer.
SB 2250 ECO Strip is for use by professional contractors only. Follow all EPA requirements for the disposal of lead paint solids or other paint solids to avoid ground contamination or discharge into public sewage plants. SB 2250 may affect window film and other window treatments. SB2250 ECO Strip is not effective in the removal of cement-based coatings. Do not use as a furniture stripper.

Further, Shore Corporation shall not be liable for personal injuries, property damage or any other damages as a result of the use of this product, the sole responsibility of Shore Corporation under the within WARRANTY being the replacement of any nonconforming product. Acceptance and use of this product absolves Shore Corporation from any other such liability whatsoever and from whatever source. The within WARRANTY may not be modified or extended by Shore Corporation representatives or distributors, neither of which are empowered to make any product representation inconsistent with the terms hereof.
