Scraping of heavy or new gum deposits prior to application of the product may prove helpful.
SB 2710 Chewing Gum Remover is a concentrated solvent and emulsifier that has proven effective in the removal of chewing gum, rubber tire marks as well as oil and grease spots left behind on concrete. The SB 2710 is made from natural solvents that are biodegradable. Application of the product to the affected areas will result in the softening of the residue allowing for removal with a pressure washer leaving a pleasant orange odor. SB 2710 is an excellent solvent and can also be used to remove thermoplastic solvent borne acrylic sealers from concrete.

Dilution: Product used undiluted for gum/stain removal — test application recommended. Product can be diluted up to 10 parts water to 1 part product to remove grease or oil from concrete.
Coverage: Dependent upon substrate and other conditions.
Using a solvent resistant sprayer apply the product directly on and around the chewing gum deposit. Allow the application to remain on the surface for 10 minuets then rinse with high pressure water. In cool weather, the use of a steam cleaner will prove helpful. If using to remove grease or oil from concrete, the product may be diluted with up to 10 parts water.
Do not use in the close proximity of pedestrians and vehicles. Protect all non-masonry surfaces from contact with the cleaner. SB 2710 contains a natural solvent that can soften many paints, sealers, plastics and vinyl siding. Test on an inconspicuous
place if attempting to use on or near any plastic, painted, or sealed surface.
